Students Need Access to Science Equipment to Enhance Learning
In the past, the school did not have an equipped science laboratory which hindered performance in science activities and understanding of scientific concepts. As a result of this, there was limitation in creative and critical thinking in problem-solving.
New Science Lab Facilitates Experiments and Discovery
The donation from Luena Foundation was used to construct an equipped science laboratory which could provide students with the opportunity to engage in experimental learning, enabling them to observe, experiment, and discover scientific principles.
Meet our Partner Community-Based Organization
Christ’s Victory Centre (CVC) is a registered Community-Based Organization that was established solely by a group of refugees from the Democratic Republic of the Congo in September 2009. CVC is located along Thika Road in Githurai 45, right outside Nairobi, Kenya. The idea of creating CVC came from the revelation that our founders received from the Bible in the book of Jeremiah 29:5-7: “… I must contribute to the peace, development and prosperity of the host country” (Kenya).
